All deposits must be received within 7 days of initial booking. 50% required on all stays. Cash, check or money orders are acceptable for deposits. Once deposit received, an email will be forwarded, so please ALWAYS include your email when mailing in deposits. NO ROOM RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.
No additional fee for children under 16.
Additional adults in room incur a $25.00 per night fee.
3 night minimum stay for weekends in July and August, exceptions for 6/29 - 7/8
WE ACCEPT MASTERCARD, VISA AND DISCOVER CARDS. NO AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Reservations made within 14 days of arrival date may have the deposit paid by credit card, and are subject to the normal cancellation terms (see below) .
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations are for the full period requested. 14 days advanced notice is required for a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
No refund, credit or changes (management will try to work with minor changes), within 14 days prior to arrival.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS.

If the rooms are clean and ready early, guests may check in early.
A place to change and store luggage is available, even if the rooms are not ready. All guests of the motel may use the pool or leave their car in the parking lot, while waiting for their rooms to be ready, or after checking out of their room.
ANY GUESTS THAT ARE ARRIVING AFTER 6:00 pm should make arrangements with the front desk on how to handle their arrival.
