Our standard rooms have 2 full beds. All efficiencies have 1 Queen bed, and our
2 Room Suites have a Queen in the main room, as well as a full bed in the bedroom.

Set in park-like surroundings in the heart of Montauk, our hotel is just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean. With fine restaurants, boutiques, shops, night spots, entertainment and a movie theater within easy walking distance, our location is perfect for your Montauk get-away. Ditch Plains, well known for it's surfing, is nearby as are rental boards, kayaks, etc. sailing, whale watching, scuba diving, sky diving, charter fishing, water skiing, windsurfing, golf, tennis and horseback riding are just a few of the many activities available during your stay.

We offer clean, comfortable, updated air conditioned rooms outfitted with coffee makers and small refrigerators, as well as some efficiency units. There are picnic tables and BBQ grills for your use. Our lovely pool, overlooking Fort Pond, is perhaps the prettiest in the village. Since we are a small motel on 2 acres, we can also offer shuffleboard, volley ball and badminton on our lush, grassy area adjacent to the pool.
